Vibrational Frequencies Explained

What is Frequency?

Frequency is the number of wave cycles passing through a point per second, measured in hertz (Hz). It also refers to the rate at which energy vibrates through our bodies and the world around us. Everything in the universe, from atoms to our thoughts and emotions, is energy vibrating at unique frequencies. Humans are more than physical bodies; we exist in a universe alive with motion and energy.

How to Raise your Frequency?

  • Understand your emotions. Peace, compassion, joy, and love have the highest vibration.
  • Love yourself by prioritising self-care and genuinely appreciating who you are.
  • Make time to play, because life isn't meant to be all work and no fun.
  • Unplug from devices to reconnect with the present moment.
  • Remember that you are a spirit having a human experience.
  • Spend time learning something that truly excites and inspires you.
  • Stay gentle and soften your energy, even when the world feels hard.
  • Be your authentic self rather than living according to others' expectations.
  • Feel your deep connection to the universe around you.
  • Be kind to yourself and let go of the need to be perfect.
  • Take time to notice and appreciate the beauty all around you.
  • Practice gratitude before bed. Reflect on the good that happened during your day.
  • Walk in nature to ground and refresh your energy.
  • Begin a meditation practice, even if it's just for a few minutes a day.
  • Appreciate the joy that comes from giving to others.
  • Watch funny and uplifting movies, and avoid negative media that drains your energy, or increases stress.
  • Avoid negative conversations that lower your frequency.
  • Decide to take control of your life. Let go of the victim mindset; you are the creator of your reality.
  • Practice deep breathing to keep oxygen flowing and calm your mind.
  • Surround yourself with uplifting scents like Rose or frankincense essential oil.
  • Consume high-vibration foods, the closer to their natural state, like fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Meat and processed foods carry denser vibrations.
  • Practice visualisation, like visualising light flowing through your body, clearing heavy energy and expanding your spirit.
  • Declutter your space.

Vibrational Frequencies, the Language of the Universe

Everything in the universe is in constant motion, vibrating at its own unique frequency. From the tiniest atoms to vast celestial bodies, from the human heart to natural environments. Everything in the universe is energy in motion.

  • All matter is made up of atoms, and those atoms are in constant motion, continuously vibrating. Every human cell is made of atoms, and therefore, like all matter, vibrates at a fundamental frequency.
  • Sound, like all waves, travels at a specific speed and has both frequency and wavelength.
  • Colour is vibration; each colour of light has its own frequency. The visible spectrum includes red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, and violet, with red having the lowest frequency and violet the highest.
  • All light, both visible and invisible, vibrates at specific frequencies, including infrared, ultraviolet, X-rays, and gamma rays.
  • Planets and celestial bodies also resonate at their own unique vibrational frequencies.
  • The Earth itself vibrates; this is known as the Schumann resonance.
  • Essential oils are believed to have different vibrational frequencies, with rose oil considered among the highest, followed by helichrysum and frankincense.
  • The human voice, every sound we make, whether speaking or singing, is vibration.
  • The human heart generates a measurable electromagnetic field; the heartbeat itself has a distinct frequency.
  • Brainwaves are vibrational frequencies of electrical energy, reflecting different states of consciousness.
  • Human chakras vibrate at varying frequencies; the Crown Chakra at the top of the head resonates at the highest frequency, while the Root Chakra at the base of the spine vibrates at the lowest frequency.
  • Crystals possess resonant frequencies; for example, quartz exhibits the piezoelectric effect, converting mechanical vibration into electrical energy, while Moldavite is known for its exceptionally high-frequency vibration.
  • Fabrics also have vibrational frequencies. Natural fibres such as linen, wool, and hemp are considered to have higher, more life-aligned vibrations, while synthetic fibres like polyester and nylon tend to hold lower, static vibrations.
  • Spaces and physical objects can hold energetic vibrations, influencing our mood, feelings, and overall energy.
  • Emotions have vibrational levels; lighter emotions like peace, Joy, love generate higher vibrational frequencies, while fear, anger, shame, and grief produce lower vibrational frequencies.
  • Intentions and meditation, focused thoughts can raise personal vibrational frequencies.
  • Natural environments like forests, rivers, oceans, and mountains have distinct vibrational frequencies.
